SME Magazine and its readers has voted VP sister company MG Nottingham the best British Car Dealership 2019 – East Midlands.
Director Mark Campbell was asked to submit a series of responses to a questionnaire which was then voted on by staff and readers of the the national magazine. MG Nottingham excelled in areas around customer service, the buying experience, finance and insurance and environmental credentials. Their customers liked the ‘hassle-free’ approach to selling cars, as Mark explains;
“As part of the focus on offering a unique car buying experience we have adopted a consultative approach to selling cars. This simply means that we listen to what our customers want and then discuss the relevant options open to them based on their needs. We will never attempt to sell a car just to hit a sales target or talk a customer into something they don’t want.
