In January 2024, Motorlease Holdings Limited took a big step forward by acquiring Vehicle Procurements Ltd (VP), a company known for supplying courtesy vehicles to bodyshops across the UK.

This move strengthens Motorlease’s growing portfolio and reinforces its commitment to making vehicle leasing and procurement as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

The changes saw Malcolm Ledgar step down as director, and father daughter duo Chris and Annabel Walker take the reins.

Motorlease already operates several well-established businesses in the automotive industry. Bringing VP into the fold means Motorlease can now offer an even more complete service to bodyshops and repair centres, making it easier for them to get the vehicles they need. With VP’s existing reputation and Motorlease’s industry experience, the fit couldn’t be better.
